4Nature of the activity
Eleonis designs and supplies personalised running training documents: plans, pace references and, if you give your maximum heart rate, heart-rate references, in-race nutrition and hydration plans, race dossiers. They are delivered remotely, in digital form.
Eleonis does not provide in-person sports instruction, supervision or leadership, delivers no care, makes no diagnosis and is no substitute for a health professional. The limits of the service are set out in the Terms of sale.
5Intellectual property
Every element of this site — text, structure, layout, graphics, logo, chosen typefaces, source code, method and training documents — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of ELEONIS or its rights holders.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission.
This expressly includes, without written permission: automated scraping of the site, reuse of its content to build a database, and any use of it to train or feed an artificial intelligence system.
The Inter, Archivo and Fraunces typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
6Trademarks, race names and links
Eleonis is a trade name. Names, logos and trademarks quoted on the site belong to their respective owners.
Race names are quoted for information, to describe the goal a plan prepares for. Eleonis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or a partner of the organizers of those events, and neither registers runners nor organises anything. Dates, distances and profiles are given subject to change by the organizer: only the event’s official communication is authoritative.
The site may link to third-party sites over which ELEONIS has no control and whose content is the sole responsibility of their publishers.
7Limitation of liability
Information published on this site is indicative. ELEONIS works to keep it accurate and current without being able to guarantee it, and may change it at any time.
Sample plans, demonstration documents and the “Sample” page are built on a fictional athlete and invented figures, internally consistent but with no reference value: they show the shape of the delivered documents, not an expected outcome.
ELEONIS cannot be held liable for unavailability of the site, a transmission error, or damage arising from use of site content outside the framework described in the Terms of sale.
8Reporting content or requesting removal
Any removal request — unlawful content, copyright, image rights, inaccurate information — can be sent to support@eleonis.com. Please include the exact page address, the nature of the request and what supports it. Well-founded requests are handled promptly.
9Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. The site sets no advertising cookies and no social-network trackers; no cookie consent is therefore requested.
10Accessibility
The site is built to stay usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader and without JavaScript, and to keep sufficient contrast. If a page is hard to access, write to support@eleonis.com: the fix is treated as a priority.
11Governing law
This site is governed by French law. Sales rules and dispute resolution are set out in the Terms of sale.
