A runner on a straight road heading towards snow-capped peaks

A plan is only as good as what it knows about you.

Eleonis starts from you — your week, your background, your constraints — not from a population average. Here is exactly how.

Seven steps, from your goal to what comes next

  1. 1

You tell us about you and your goal

Your race or your distance, your date, the time you are aiming for. The days you can run, your travel, what has held you back before. About 30 minutes of questions in your space, in several sittings if you like.

  2. 2

    We read your answers

Your background, your races and times, your current volume, your availability, your health. We turn them into your starting point, without overestimating it.

  3. 3

    We set your own references

Your paces come from a recent race time, your zones from your maximum heart rate — not from “220 minus your age”. Without a reliable reference, we say so and plan by perceived effort, conservatively. Automatic analysis of your watch data is coming soon.

  4. 4

    We build the plan

Periodised towards your race date: base, build, sharpening, taper. Most of your running stays easy; the hard sessions are few and precise.

  5. 5

    A person reviews it

AI helps us analyse and draft. A person checks every plan and every change before it reaches you.

  6. 6

    We adapt it

Tell us about a missed session, a trip or a heavy week. The plan moves within limits that keep it coherent.

  7. 7

    We prepare what comes next

After your race, we take stock with you and build the next block.

What we hold ourselves to

No opaque scores

Readiness, “body battery” or recovery scores are computed from the workout itself. We don’t plan your training on them. We use measures you can trace back to your runs.

No generic threshold dressed up as personal

A reference is personal only if it comes from your data. When it doesn’t, we tell you.

Research, not trends

Our planning rules are grounded in a research library of nearly 800 verified references in endurance training and exercise physiology.

Easy most of the time

Well-trained endurance athletes typically spend most of their training time at low intensity. Your plan keeps that balance.

Your race is on the calendar. Your plan should be too.
