The race is held in High Park, the large urban park in Toronto's west end. The course uses the park's interior roads, wooded and distinctly rolling terrain that contrasts with the flat waterfront races elsewhere in the city. Early April weather in Toronto is unsettled: expect cold, wind and occasionally damp footing.
Two distances are offered: the 8K, the event's signature race, and a 5K. The closing climb to the finish is the course's defining feature and shapes how you race it.
